Where you fit in
The Regulatory Compliance Coordinator (RN) will be part of a professional compliance team responsible for implementing, managing, and accountability for surgical services quality programs including safety, quality assessment, performance improvement, and infection prevention. Identifying, monitoring, evaluating, and prevention of surgical site infections. Expert resource for surgical services infection prevention efforts. Develops and manages initiatives that include detailed data analysis, process analysis, report generation and documentation.

The Regulatory Compliance Coordinator (RN) will possess strong written, verbal and nonverbal interpersonal and professional communication skills. Will demonstrate ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task. Will be able to take direction well but also be self directed and motivated. Will possess a high degree of responsibility, responsiveness.

Your exceptional qualifications
Graduate of NLN, ACEN, CCNE or NLN CNEA accredited school of nursing, or three years related professional nursing experience. Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC). Must have experience with infection prevention, data collection, analysis, trending and quality reporting. Knowledge of Joint Commission; AAAHC, CMS, OSHA, CLIA and other applicable regulatory organizations. BLS, ACLS, PALS certification within one year of hire.
