Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Colon Rectal Care

This position is located on the north side of Indianapolis.
The Ambulatory Registered Nurse or Ambulatory Licensed Practical Nurse functions as a member of the physician practice team, conducting duties such as: triaging calls, assisting the provider in the room, patient education both face-to-face and over the phone, scheduling procedures and appointments, performing in office wound care/packing, ostomy appliance changes, removal of PICC lines, foley catheters, or drains, reviewing medical history, prescription refills, initiating prior authorizations, and other related tasks as needed.
Two years of nursing experience preferred. Previous medical office experience and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred.
Graduate of an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program, or three years related professional nursing experience.
Current Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
