Job Location

The Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room position is located at UnaSource Surgery Center in Troy, Michigan

Job Duties
The Operating Room RN position is responsible for circulating and scrubbing on a variety or surgical procedures

Experience
Must have at least one (1) - three (3) years of experience within the operating room; Scrubbing experience is preferred, but not required; Strong orthopaedic background preferred

Education
Graduate of Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing or Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education accredited school of nursing, or three years related professional nursing experience

License
Current and valid Michigan RN license, CNOR preferred; BLS required within one (1) year of employment

  • Must possess excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to prioritize, organize and multi-task
  • Must be a team player in providing care that encompasses compassion, collaboration and trust
  • Must remain calm and effective in stressful situations and take initiative in emergency situations
Additional Information
M-F 6:00am - 7:00pm; 8 or 10 hour shifts; variable hours dependent upon Center needs
