As part of the observation unit, you are deeply committed to providing patient-centered care and outstanding service delivered with respect. Your expertise will allow you to care for a wide range of patient types ranging from gastrointestinal bleeds, respiratory, renal, dementia, some cardiac and an overflow of medical surgical to achieve the best possible outcomes while enhancing operational efficiency for Community.
Your compassion and capability for relationship building are your most vital skills. You are an excellent communicator and contributor. You have the ability to adapt as needed with a positive attitude, and the competencies to properly assess and treat the population you serve.
● You have 2 years of recent RN experience
● You have 1-2 years of experience in acute care
● Graduate of Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing or Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education accredited school of nursing, or three years related professional nursing experience.
