The Registered Nurse position is located in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Job Duties
The Resource Team provides experienced nurses with the unique opportunity to work within all of the Community Health Network hospitals. Gain unmatched experience by working with a variety of patient populations and healthcare teams! Resource Team nurses qualify for an elevated pay rate based on their FTE commitment. While this position is non-benefited, Community Health Network does offer Resource Team nurses the opportunity to participate in its 401K retirement plan.

The Registered Nurse will float from unit to unit within Community Health Network to provide direct patient care within each established care team model. The Registered Nurse will be placed within their area of expertise. Cross training opportunities to other areas may be available with additional orientation as directed by Resource Team leadership.

Experience
Two years of recent ICU/PCU experience required

Education

Graduate of Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing or Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education accredited school of nursing, or three years of related professional nursing experience. 

License

  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency required
  • BLS and ACLS certifications

Additional Information 
Regular PRN options floating throughout the Network (different locations) within specialty and working up to 36 hours weekly (minimum of 24 hours weekly).
