Community Hospital East is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work on its Critical Care Unit caring for a diverse patient population.

What you will do:
  • Demonstrate performance consistent with professional standards of practice, care, performance, the Nurse Practice Act and the mission and goals of the organization
  • Manage patient care in the health care continuum to achieve optimum outcomes in a safe and cost-effective manner
  • Demonstrate skills in collaboration, delegation, negotiation and management of resources
What you will need: 
  • Nursing degree from ACEN or CCNE accredited school of nursing, ASN or BSN (or three years RN experience)
  • RN licensure from the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency
  • At least one year of acute care RN experience
  • Computer skills for documentation and work related purposes
  • Customer service skills to provide exceptional patient and family experience
Additional Information:
  • Equipment used on unit- ventilators, CVVH, HD, ICP/EVD Monitoring, IABP
  • Typical diagnoses: Respiratory, Cardiac, Renal and Multisystem Organ Failure, Sepsis, Stroke, Cerebral Aneurysm
