This nurse practitioner will join an employed group of over 900 providers in Indianapolis, IN.
Community Health Network is seeking an experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner for our Infectious Disease Clinic on the north side of Indianapolis.
• Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)

Candidate will develop tools to assist in patient care management to include education resource materials for patient, family, staff and physician; coordinates patient care activities between in-patient and out-patient departments and with all caregivers including physicians
Licensure & Certifications
• Must have MSN with preparation as an Advance Practice Nurse
• 1+ years of FM experience as an NP/PA
• Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana
• Demonstrate a high level of expert skill in delivering exceptional quality of care while enhancing the wellness of the patient
