Lutherwood, a licensed residential Treatment Facility that specializes in care and treatment of children ages 6-21. Our highly trained Life Skills Clinicians give children well-being while encompassing mental, physical, and emotional health.
Where you fit in
We are home to the IMPACT Program, a residential treatment program for girls who have been victims of human trafficking. We are also home to Trinity House an Independent Living Group Home for young men ages 16-21 who are transitioning from the Foster system. In addition to these programs, Lutherwood is also host to Emergency Shelter Care, a dedicated dormitory for young adults whom the Department of Child Services has removed from their home.
Your exceptional skills
Interpersonal skills including motivation, flexibility, persistence, and patience are very important in this role. Also, the ability to relate in a non-judgmental and culturally competent manner and the ability to function independently. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle in accordance with CHI policy.

Your life as a Program Supervisor will allow you to guide a team of Youth Support Specialist that are responsible for everyday activities for the children. You will encourage the Youth Support Specialist to continue to strive for greatness as the children depend on our care.
