Job Duties 
The Preventive Care Assistant will coordinate and oversee staff at health screenings for corporate clients. This position will also perform health risk assessments on participants with precision and accuracy, while providing knowledgeable feedback regarding biometric results and make recommendations for a healthier lifestyle.
ExperienceThree (3) years experience in providing health promotion services.
  • A minimum of two (2) years college education with major in health promotion, exercise science, physical education or other health related field 
  • OR
  • A certification and/or equivalency as a emergency medical technician, paramedic, personal trainer

  • Experience providing excellent customer service and coordinating projects that requires excellent organization skills
  • Ability to perform and interpret cholesterol testing, blood pressure, body mass index and health risk appraisals
  • Knowledgeable of health promotion and healthy lifestyle choices
  • Able to provide feedback to patient on individual bio-measures and treatment recommendations
  • Must be flexible with work schedule to meet demands of customer volume, including overnight travel in the U.S.
  • Must have own reliable transportation to perform work throughout Indiana
