This physician will join Community Physician Network, a multi-specialty group with over 1,000 providers in Central Indiana. Community Physician Network is currently seeking BE/BC Family Medicine physicians to practice in Anderson, IN. This position offers the opportunity for physicians to join a well-established, collegial practice delivering high-quality healthcare. Ideal candidates should have a consistent and consecutive employment or training history and employ a positive, team-oriented approach.

• Ability to practice in a smaller community while having the support of a larger network
• Less than a 45 minute commute from northern suburbs of Indianapolis
Licensure & Certifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
