This nurse practitioner will join Community Health Network, a multi-specialty group with over 1,100 providers in Indianapolis, IN. Description & Highlights
Community Health Network is currently seeking a board certified Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine trained nurse practitioner for opportunities to practice Urgent Care in our MedCheck walk-in clinics throughout Indianapolis and central Indiana. Ideal candidates will be flexible and have excellent communication skills. Staffed by on-site physicians, advanced practice providers, and nurses, MedCheck provides affordable medical care for non-emergency adult and child injuries and illnesses.

• Outpatient only
• Eight clinics throughout Indianapolis
• Clinics are open from 9:00am – 9:00pm
• Rotating weekend requirements
• Electronic Medical Record System (EPIC)
• Competitive compensation and benefit package

Minimum two to five years of emergency room or urgent care experience as a nurse practitioner is required. Ability to demonstrate high level of skill in suturing and splinting is also required.

Licensure & Certifications

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
• Licensed in Indiana
