Job Location
The Physical Therapist -Outpatient Spine Center position is located in Greenwood, Indiana.

Community Health Network is offering a sign-on bonus up to $2,000 for qualified Physical Therapist thru March 31, 2019 



Job Duties
  • The Physical Therapist performs professional Physical Therapy activities in accordance to policies and physician plan of treatment to promote positive health outcomes and quality services for patients
  • Practices within the scope of physical therapy
  • Adheres to all policies, procedures, state and federal laws and regulations

Experience
Two years minimum in an outpatient Physical Therapy clinic. Clinicians must have experience using McKenzie Method in an outpatient setting.

Education
Bachelors of Science degree from an accredited program is required


License
Current license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Indiana, CPR certification, MDT credentialed preferred

Skills
  • Practices within the scope of physical therapy
  • Adheres to all policies, procedures, state and federal laws and regulations
  • Utilizes MDT as the primary method of treatment for spine patients
