Physical Therapist Assistant -Home Health
The Physical Therapist Assistant- Home Health position is located in West Marion and Hendricks County in Indiana.
- The Physical Therapist Assistant demonstrates a fundamental knowledge of principles and practices of physical therapy and the ability to apply these principles in the home setting under the direction of a physical therapist and according to physician orders.
- Practices within the scope of a Physical Therapist Assistant; Adheres to all agency policies and procedures, state and federal laws, and regulations
A minimum of two (2) years of Home Health experience preferred, but not required
Associate's Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Valid Indiana Physical Therapist Assistant license, CPR Certification
