Where you fit in
The Patient Care Coordinator (RN) will be part of a professional care team responsible for providing daily, shift-to-shift leadership supporting the operations of the department. Will exhibit excellence in clinical patient care, customer service, critical thinking, schedule management, relationship competencies, organizational skills, and act as a role model. Will demonstrate performance consistent with all professional standards of practice and care, mission, vision, and policies of the Network. The Nurse Manager has empowered this role with the authority and autonomy necessary to ensure the appropriate clinical and customer satisfaction outcomes, as well as efficient and effective team processes. Will also serve in a staffing role to relieve staff and/or fill-in as needed.

Your exceptional skills
The Patient Care Coordinator (RN) will be proficient in the work of an Operating Room Registered Nurse. Will demonstrate competency in relationship skills and communication and collaboration skills. Will demonstrate role model attributes, such as a positive attitude, approachable, and calm demeanor. Will have the ability to multi-task alongside excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills. Will demonstrate a proven ability to think critically.

Your except
ional qualificationsGraduate of Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) accredited school of nursing, OR three years related professional nursing experience. Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency required. Prefer at least 2 years+ experience working in the operating room environment. Prefer experience as a charge RN or supervisory role.
