Generally 8:30am-5:30pm; Monday-Friday; will be expected to work some weekend hours to support Kids Express; flexibility a must

Location
This position is located in Fishers, Indiana. The Saxony Pavilion includes a family medicine practice, a pediatric practice, and Kids Express care clinic. 

Duties
• Supervise clinical staff.
• Educates/guides clinical staff.
• Acts as a liaison between physicians and clinical team.
• Assists with triage, rooming patients, vital signs, patient education, and prescription refills if needed.
• Involved in many network pilots
• Must be able to expect and embrace change with this BUSY and growing business unit.

Experience
Two years or more of supervisor, clinical lead, or charge experience preferred. Previous medical office experience and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience highly preferred.

Education
Graduate of an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program, or three years related professional nursing experience.

License
Current Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
