This nurse practitioner will join Community Physician Network, a multispecialty group with over 1,000 providers in Indianapolis, IN. Community Physician Network is currently seeking a board certified family medicine or emergency medicine trained nurse practitioner for opportunities to practice urgent care in our MedCheck walk-in clinics. Ideal candidates will be flexible and have excellent communication skills. Staffed by an on-site physician, advanced practice providers and nurses, MedCheck provides high quality, affordable medical care for non-emergency adult and child injuries and illnesses.
• Clinic hours are from 9am-9pm, located in Community Health Network Pavilions
• Outpatient urgent care only
• Seven clinics throughout Indianapolis
• Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)

Minimum two to five years of emergency room, urgent care, or family medicine experience as an advanced practice provider is required. Ability to demonstrate high level of skill in suturing and splinting is also required.
