This nurse practitioner will join Community Health Network, a multispecialty group with over 1,100 providers in Indianapolis, IN. This flexible, part-time family medicine opportunity will be located at our Community Health Network Saxony Pavilion in Fishers, IN.
Community Health Network has an excellent opportunity for a board certified, family medicine trained nurse practitioner to work in Family Practice at our Saxony Pavilion.
• Part-time, 0.6 FTE (24 hours/week) position with competitive compensation and benefit package
• Position hours are 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Saturday
• Opportunity for two 12 hour shifts 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM as well
• Flexible scheduling options: Hours and days are variable subject to provider’s preference and availability
• Autonomy in providing patient care
• Opportunity to establish lasting rapport and patient relationships
• On-call requirement: Every 9th week rotation
• Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)
Minimum 5 years of nurse practitioner in family medicine is firmly required.
Nurse practitioner will provide healthcare, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic health conditions and wellness preventative medicine. Promotes a healthy lifestyle and involves the client in his/her plan of care with emphasis placed on patient self-determination and maximization of client knowledge to enhance care of oneself.
