Highlights

Community Health Network is seeking a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join the Community Behavioral Health team in the Community Mental Health Center setting.  This provider will practice within our outpatient clinic located on the East side of Indianapolis.  Ideal candidates will be highly accountable, independent, and have a desire to deliver direct and collaborative patient care.

Licensure & Certification

Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
