This nurse practitioner will join Community Health Network, a multispecialty group with over 1,100 providers in Indiana. This family medicine opportunity will be located at our Community Health Network Anderson Family Medicine Care practice: 1601 Medical Arts Blvd, Suite 100, Anderson, IN 46011.
Community Health Network has an excellent opportunity for a board certified, family medicine trained nurse practitioner to work Family Practice Anderson location.
• Full-time, 40/hr week position with competitive compensation and benefits package
• Position hours are 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday’s
• 36 patient contact hours and 4 administrative hours weekly (admin hours may be completed from office or home)
• Autonomy in providing patient care
• Opportunity to establish lasting rapport and patient relationships
• No on-call or weekend requirements
• Electronic Medical Record (EPIC)
Minimum one to two years of nurse practitioner experience in family medicine is firmly required.
Nurse practitioner will provide healthcare, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic health conditions and wellness preventative medicine. Promotes a healthy lifestyle and involves the client in his/her plan of care with emphasis placed on patient self-determination and maximization of client knowledge to enhance care of oneself.
