Job Location

  • The Medical Community Partnership Director position is located in Plainfield, Indiana.

Job Duties

The Medical Community Partnership Director is responsible for identifying and building relationships with potential and current referring providers. This is a producer role and not involve managing or overseeing others. This role will report directly to the Chief Growth Officer and work closely with other corporate team members, as well as work closely practice managers, front desk, and providers at our dermatology practices.


  • This role is focused on generating incremental volume by creating and maintaining exceptional relationships with providers in the regions we operate
  • Analyze referral data to our practices to identify key trends, and areas to increase referral volume
  • Visit current and potential referral sources (PCP’s as well as other identified specialties) to build relationships with key members of the practice, drop off referral cards, and promote the value proposition of our practices
  • Organize meet and greets, lunches, dinners or other mediums where our physicians/providers can meet referring practice providers
  • Build relationships with the front desk, practice managers, and providers at referring practices
  • Capture emails from the practices to increase email database
  • Input all feedback (positive and negative) from referring providers into our CRM. Work with the regional and local practice managers to resolve any complaints from referring providers

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • The willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Great organizational skills
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritize job duties
  • Must be able to complete responsibilities with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Highly responsive to email and communications with referral source
  • Experience with CRM’s is preferred. Willingness to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruiting activities
  • Travel is necessary to complete core responsibilities
