Job Duties
The Talent & Organizational Development Manager drives Network strategy & execution of Leadership Development. Additional areas of focus and support include coaching, workforce engagement, talent management solutions, high performer and high potential development.

Your Qualifications
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in Talent & OE or related field required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related discipline
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Relevant Certifications preferred. Example include (but not limited to) Organizational/change management DDI, Behavioral instruments such as DiSC, MBTI, Hogan, Franklin Covey courses, Strengths Deployment Inventory, Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership, StrengthsFinder, FIRO B and VitalSmart’s Crucial Conversations, and adept at professional coaching.
Your Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully lead people
  • Successful experience determining goals, building innovative talent management programs, and successfully executing strategies
  • Ability to manage complex projects and work on multiple project components at the same time
  • Proven organizational skills and time management
  • Ability to think creatively and conceptually, synthesize information, and implement solutions exercising flexibility and sound judgment.
  • Expert change and stakeholder management capability
  • Ability to quickly understand an organization’s business priorities
