Job Duties
Community Health Network’s Information Technology (IT) department has an Organizational Change Management (OCM) team within the Enterprise Services group. The IT OCM team accelerates adoption of technology initiatives across all areas of Community Health Network.

The OCM Manager
  • Serves as an advisor for IT projects and projects outside of IT.
  • Is responsible for Organizational Change Management activities across all organizations at Community Health Network that experience technology changes.
  • Will manage the organizational change, training and communication functions of the IT group in order to drive faster adoption, higher utilization and greater proficiency of new business processes and technology.
Your Qualifications
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in change management or associated disciplines
  • 3+ years of managerial experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Organization Development or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Prosci® certification and experience preferred.
Your Skills
  • Strong Organizational Change Management (OCM) and adoption background.
  • Solid experience in OCM for technology implementations.
  • Active listening, understanding user needs and change impacts.
  • Familiarity with IT implementation methodologies (traditional/waterfall and Agile methodologies).
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to develop and foster positive customer and team relationships.
  • Professional attitude, personal drive, initiative, attention to detail, commitment to excellent customer service, and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work under pressure, and balance competing demands of customers and organizational change needs.
  • Effectively manages performance, provides timely feedback, appropriately rewards and recognizes valuable achievement, develops talent, and creates a succession pipeline.
