The Manager, Learning and Development supports the design of a Network-wide strategy and supporting programs to address caregiver development needs

  • Works closely with other team members to design a programmatic approach to learning and development including the areas of
    • career pathing
    • caregiver development
    • caregiver experience
    • customer service
    • regulatory requirements
    • internships and tuition assistance any associated courses or programs that should be developed
  • Works with business stakeholders to understand capability requirements and competencies needed for various roles to be successful
  • Develops and manages employee programs 

Bachelor’s degree required, Masters in related field preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to successfully lead with a servant leader approach
  • Successful experience determining goals, building innovative employee and learning programs, and successfully executing strategies
  • Ability to manage complex projects and work on multiple project components at the same time
  • Proven organizational skills and time management
  • Ability to think creatively and conceptually, synthesize information, and implement solutions exercising flexibility and sound judgment
  • Expert change and stakeholder management capability
  • Ability to quickly understand and adapt to an organization’s business priorities
