Job Location
The Licensed Practical Nurse/Medical Assistant position is located in Noblesville.

Job Duties
  • Performs direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and collaborates with the RN on the plan of care
  • Direct patient care can include assisting with medication administration and phlebotomy
  • Indirect care can include order transcription, documentation, and reinforcement of patient and family education
Licensed Practical Nurse experience preferred, but willing to consider new grad LPNs. Medical Assistant experience required.

Licensed Practical NurseGraduate of a recognized accredited school of practical nursing, or Graduate from a non-accredited school of practical nursing with three years related professional nursing experience.
Medical Assistant

Diploma from ABHES or CAAHEP accredited MA program  -OR-

Diploma from a non-accredited MA program + 5 years experience

High School Diploma + 7 Years

Must have certification within 6 months of hire


Valid Indiana LPN license.
