  • Prepare examination and treatment areas
  • Room patients and manage an efficient flow of provider’s caseload
  • Obtain vitals, specimen collection
  • Document patient information in electronic medical record system
  • Prepare and administer injections
  • Process referrals and medication refills
  • Triage calls
  • Assist with minor procedures
  • Cross train with peers in the practice

Your exceptional qualifications

  • LPN experience required
  • Experience in Dermatology preferred 
  • Graduate of a recognized accredited school of practical nursing, or Graduate from a non-accredited school of practical nursing with three years related professional nursing experience
  • Valid Indiana LPN license or Certified

  • Seeking a professional candidate with good communication skills as well as clinical skills
  • Must be able to work well in a fast paced environment and be able to adapt and learn quickly
  • Must LOVE kids
  • Able to work in a team focused workplace
