Where you fit in
The Licensed Practical Nurse Ambulatory functions as a member of the physician practice team, conducting duties such as: room patients, obtain vitals, FMLA/Disability forms, medication and history reconciliation, triage, referrals, administer/prepare injections, schedule appointments, coordinate care, patient screening, assist physician with minor procedures, and other duties as needed.
Your exceptional skills
Two years or more of nursing experience preferred. Previous medical office/outpatient experience and EPIC EMR experience preferred! Excellent communication skills; excellent team skills; compassionate and caring; accountable; self-directed. Able to work well in a fast paced environment and able to adapt and learn quickly. Travel required if needed.
Your exceptional qualifications
Graduate of a recognized accredited school of practical nursing, or three years related professional nursing experience. Current Indiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
