COVID-19 testing is available at MedChecks and Community Clinic at Walgreens during scheduled visits as part of an evaluation (walk-ins not accepted).

Hiring Bonus!
Registered Nurses with at least one year of experience can earn up to a $5,000 hiring bonus with a one-year commitment to the network for those hired at 0.6FTE and higher (pro-rated).

Where you fit in
The Licensed Practical Nurse Ambulatory functions as a member of the physician practice team, conducting duties such as rooming patients, cast removal, DME application and teaching, order entry, and other related tasks as needed. Some travel may be required to other locations.
Your exceptional skills
Two years or more of nursing experience required. Ortho experience preferred. EPIC or electronic medical charting experience a Plus! Excellent communication skills; excellent team skills; compassionate and caring; accountable; self-directed.
Your exceptional qualifications
Graduate of a recognized accredited school of practical nursing, or three years related professional nursing experience. Current Indiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
