Key Responsibilities
  • Supports the Business Solutions' Suite of Applications.
  • Proactively works with the Solutions’ vendors and IT to develop long-range planning for vendor upgrades and/or implementation work with specific attention to the technical requirements.
  • Assists with budget planning for both the hardware and software aspects of all Solutions and identify areas of improvement with documentation of assets and cross-functional solution interactions.
  • Establishes relationships with the Vendors and the Business Solutions' Analysts to develop long-term road maps and strategic alignment.
  • Assists in facilitating implementation and support activities for on-going organization initiatives as assigned.
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred. High School diploma and equivalent work experience required.
  • 5 or more years of experience as an Applications Analyst.
  • 3 or more years of experience in a Sr. Analyst role.
