M-F 5:15 am-10:00 pm and Sat and Sun 7:00 am-8:00 pm;
This position is for at least Friday Night, a shift on Saturday and a shift on Sunday and other days as needed.
Job Location 
The Guest Services Representative Lead position is located on the west side of Indianapolis, Indiana

Job Duties 
  • The Guest Services Representative Lead processes each member’s entry by following the Member Check-In Policy
  • Answer telephones and process the registration and payment of programs provided for both members and non-members 
  • Maintain the Front Desk area in a neat and organized fashion
  • Establish a good rapport with members and be able to address as many as possible on a first name basis 
  • Process Pro shop purchases and have knowledge of the prices of items and appropriate discounts
  • Enforce club policies and call upon the Manager when there are issues
  • Other duties as assigned
Experience
  • Customer service experience required
  • Cash handling
Education 
Minimum high school; some college is preferred

Skills
  • Must be able to operate computer system quickly and accurately, and be able to process payments
  • Stand for long periods of time
  • Phone etiquette must provide the caller with confidence in the service excellence of the club
Certification
Must maintain a current Heartsaver CPR and AED certification
