Community Physician Network is seeking a Genetic Counselor to support our Oncology patients in our new clinic at the Center for Genetic Health located at Community Hospital North. The Genetic Counselor will work alongside our experienced team of surgeons, providers and genetic counselors to deliver quality patient-focused and evidence-based medicine.

Licensure & Certification
• Certification through the American Board of Genetic Counseling for the state of Indiana
• Communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• Experience preferred but not required
