This physician will join Community Physician Network, an employed physician group of over 600 physicians in Pendleton, IN.

Community Physician Network is currently seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to practice in Pendleton, IN. This position offers the opportunity for physicians to join a well-established, collegial practice delivering high-quality healthcare. Ideal candidates should have a consistent and consecutive employment or training history and employ a positive, team-oriented approach.
• Shared call schedule
• Outpatient only
• No OB
• Electronic Medical Record System (EPIC)
• Office location close to Community Hospital Anderson
• Ability to practice in a smaller community while having the support of a larger network
• Less than a 30 minute commute from northern suburbs of Indianapolis

Licensure & Certifications
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
