Job Location
The Clinical Support Services Manager, RN, position is located in Fishers, Indiana.

Job Duties
The Clinical Support Services Manager sets priorities and guides the operations in achieving targets set by leadership as well as achieving best practice in accordance with industry standards.

The Office of Ambulatory Access Solutions is a team of both clinical and non-clinical caregivers who are responsible for collaborating with practices to optimize access to care and reduce friction for patients navigating the health system. This role will champion and provide guidance for the on-going development, advancement and optimization of clinical systems and technology that impact patient care and business operations throughout the system.

Experience
Two (2) years of clinical practice experience with familiarity with EHR scheduling required.

Two (2) years management experience, in a call center/central support department or practice environment using call technology required.

Project management experience preferred.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Required.

License
Active license as a Registered Nurse by the State of Indiana.

Skills
  • Possess exceptional customer service skills
  • Demonstrated clinical experience and leadership
  • Ability to navigate an EMR system. Completion of Epic training classes, with completion of certification being preferred.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflow in inpatient, procedural, emergency department and/or outpatient settings, has an interest in clinical information systems as well as outcomes measurement
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams of clinicians and non-clinical staff in a call center environment
  • Strong project management skills
  • Knowledge of healthcare reform, applicable regulatory requirements and current and emerging best practices relative to those areas
