Job Location
The Clinical Support Assistant position is located at UnaSource Surgery Center in Troy, Michigan.

Job Duties
  • Transfers & enters documentation from the written clinical record into an electronic system
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate records and being able to produce reports from Center software
  • Attention to detail and organization skills are essential
  • Communicates internally and externally with physicians, team members and vendors; and is expected to promote positive personal relationships and maintains exceptional patient and physician satisfaction
  • Provides information that supports Center leadership, revenue cycle and materials management
Experience
  • Previous healthcare experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills; data entry, spreadsheets
Education
High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Skills
  • Strong written, verbal, and nonverbal interpersonal and professional communication skills are required.
  • Must demonstrate the ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task.
  • Must be able to take direction well but also be self-directed and motivated.
  • Requires a high degree of responsibility and responsiveness
Additional Information
40 hours/week, benefited position; need flexibility between 7am - 7pm to meet the needs of the Center
