Job Location

The Clinical Manager, Home Health position is located in Fishers, IN.

Job Duties

The Clinical Manager:
  • Coordinates the provision of designated disciplines to patients served by the home care department.
  • Assures communication and compliance with federal, state, local regulations and laws accreditation standards and agency policy and procedures for each discipline.
  • Demonstrates confidentiality related to patient, employee, and agency issues.
  • Informs supervisor immediately of any risk, compliance, or liability issues.
Experience
  • Minimum of two years of experience in nursing/therapy required with supervisory experience preferred.
  • At least two years of Home Care experience required.
Education

Nursing degree, BSN required or Master’s in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy.

License

Nursing: Current license to practice Registered Nursing in the state of Indiana; must be CPR certified; must possess current Indiana driver’s license.

Therapy: Licensed Physical or Occupational Therapist in the State of Indiana; must be CPR certified; must possess current Indiana driver’s license

Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to assess and respond to the needs of patients and families in varied settings.
  • Skilled in nursing practice, able to cope with patient / family stress and tolerant of individual lifestyles.
  • Participates in agency and community programs as requested to promote professional growth and understanding of Home Care / Hospice.
  • Completion of forms in compliance with state, federal and Medicare regulations and also appropriate competency modules on an annual basis.
