Where you fit in
The Behavioral Health Therapist- Outpatient will provide direct patient/family care to adults through bio-psychosocial assessment, treatment plan development, individual, and family therapy.  You will provide case management, discharge planning, collateral consultation and comprehensive referral services.

Your exceptional qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in mental health, Social Work or related field required
• 2 + years of experience providing mental health treatment required
• Valid LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the State of Indiana required
