We are seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Therapist Licensed – Outpatient in Indianapolis, IN

Key Responsibilities
  • Supports patients who are learning to overcome addiction
  • Provides direct patient/family care through bio-psychosocial assessment
  • Develops treatment plans that fit the needs of the patients we serve
  • Coaches, councils and conducts therapy sessions for patients, individual, marital, group and families
  • Manages discharge planning, collateral consultation, case management and comprehensive referral services
Position Requirements
  • 2 + years of experience in providing mental health treatment
  • Experience working with substance use recovery/addictions preferred
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health field
  • Valid Indiana license as an LCSW, LMHC or LMFT by the Indiana Health Professions Bureau required
