Key Responsibilities
Our Integrated Behavioral Health Consultants will provide support to the physicians of primary care practices in the following areas:
  • Short-term Interventions
  • Diagnostic assessments
  • Treatment plan development
  • Case management as needed
  • Links to outpatient therapy services as needed
  • This position will work in Anderson and Muncie
Position Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in providing mental health treatment
  • 2+ years' experience in a physician practice or medical setting preferred
  • Strong diagnostic and assessment skills
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a mental health field
  • Valid Indiana license as an LCSW by the Indiana Health Professions Bureau 
Alternative Titles: LCSW, Behavioral Social Worker, Mental Health Social Worker, Behavioral Health Therapist.
