The Quality Resources and Health Information Management Assistant position is located in Indianapolis, Indiana.   Job Duties
  • Performs a variety of clerical duties and assists with Quality Resources and Health Information Management functions and activities.
  • Duties may be performed in a Community Home Health Services office setting or other location as appropriate.
  • Experience in developing educational materials preferred
  • Experience in working with people for compliance and education needs preferred
  • High school diploma required
  • College background preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Organizational and prioritization skills
  • Computer literacy in office computer software programs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient with Word, Publisher, Excel, and PowerPoint programs
  • Demonstrates the ability to work independently, exercises good judgment, and the ability to take initiatives appropriately
  • Must be able to maintain a professional relationship with all staff including managers and directors
