Community Physician Network is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, to join our growing Neurosurgery team at Community Hospital North located in Indianapolis, IN.
• Full time opportunity
• No call required. Monday – Friday (days), later or earlier coverage may be needed based on patient volume and needs
• Ideal candidates will have a clinical background and strong interest in Neurosurgery with an emphasis on brain surgery
• Experience in the operating room and inpatient settings as an advanced practice provider is preferred
• Must be hardworking, driven, and independent

Licensure & Certifications
Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana
