Highlights

Community Health Network is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide medical evaluation and management for patients within our East and North Behavioral Health Pavilion and Inpatient Units.
• Ideal candidates will have the ability and desire to work as a part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Must have a genuine interest in delivering direct patient care
• Experience and a desire to focus on the medical management of behavioral health patients is required.
• 1 in 4 weekend commitment is required.


Licensure & Certification

Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
