Community Health Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide medical evaluation and management for patients within our East and North Behavioral Health Pavilion and Inpatient Units. Ideal candidates will have the ability and desire to work as a part of a multi-disciplinary team. Candidate must have a genuine interest in delivering direct patient care; candidate should have both experience and a desire to focus on the medical management of behavioral health patients.
Licensure & Certification
Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
