Your Wellspring rewards are changing

In an effort to create a better customer experience, Wellspring Pharmacy has chosen a new, more user friendly rewards program. Among other benefits, you now receive 2 points for every dollar spent and can use your rewards at any time. Learn more >>

Wellspring Rewards Card Our Rewards Program is designed to reward our best customers.

On each qualifying purchase you make, you will receive two points for each dollar you spend (excluding tax). As you earn points, you can spend your rewards credits (up to $5.00) on non-prescription purchases at any Wellspring location.

The more you buy, the more you earn. It's our way of saying thank you!

Join the program

To join the rewards program please gather the following information and send it in an e-mail to us:

  • Your name
  • Home mailing address
  • Home e-mail address
  • Home phone number
  • Cell phone number
  • Your gender
  • Your date of birth (by providing this information, you give us the opportunity to send you a gift for your birthday!)
  • Indicate if you are a Community employee or not. If you are an employee, please include your badge number for card look-up.
