Medicare Advantage Plan: Is it for me?

You probably have heard of Medicare Advantage plans, but may not know how they work or if it is something right for you to participate in. Indiana has many options and during this class we will discuss how this program has evolved over the years, who is eligible, how these plans differ from traditional Medicare and how to determine if a plan may be a good fit for you. Please join us as we explore these many questions and answer questions from you!

Know the 10 signs of Alzheimer's disease
Date: Tuesday, December 15
Time: 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Cost: FREE
Location: Community Hospital East, Medical Staff conference room

This program provides attendees with an understanding of the difference between age-related memory loss and Alzheimer’s and what to do if they or someone they know has signs of the disease. Attendees will view video footage of real people who are living with the early stages of dementia and their families addressing fears and myths associated with Alzheimer’s disease.

Please join us for a holiday lunch celebration. Touchpoint will be celebrating our one-year anniversary with our members. Gather with fellow Touchpoint members for a fun, relaxing afternoon during the busy holiday season. We may play games, enjoy light refreshment and good friendship. The event is free, but registration is required. A light lunch will be provided to Touchpoint members who show their MyCommunity card. Registration is required and space is limited.
