Expert Surgical Team

• All staff surgeons are board-certified or board-admissible.
• All registered nurses are board-certified or board-admissible and provide comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and pain management care; a full-time anesthesiologist is always available.
• A board-certified full-time anesthesiologist is the medical director at each site, serving as an advocate for patients with oversight on protocols, procedures and processes.
• On-site executive nursing directors.
• Each surgeon is assisted by a surgical registered nurse whose primary function is to provide care and ensure maximum comfort for each patient. All registered nurses in pre-operative and post-anesthesia care units (recovery) are certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• At least one registered nurse certified in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is always on-site in pre-operative and post-anesthesia care units.
• Accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC).
• Accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).
• Member of the Federated Ambulatory Surgery Association (FASA).
• Fully licensed by the Indiana State Department of Health.
