Express Care ER at Community South means a shorter wait for faster care.Life is unpredictable. Sudden illnesses or injuries often occur at night or on weekends—times when your primary care physician may not be available. Luckily, you can turn to Community Health Network anytime for fast, quality care.

For serious concerns, visit the emergency room at Community Hospital South. Our physicians are board-certified in emergency medicine, and ready to offer fast care that puts your mind at ease.

With our new Express Care ER triage service, we evaluate every patient’s illness or injury quicker and promise you’ll receive quality care within 23 minutes when arriving between 1 p.m. and 11 p.m. Those 23 minutes are well below the gold standard of 30 minutes. And to be seen that promptly during peak ER hours makes Community South the place to go to in an emergency. 

While we recognize every visit may be serious, those with severe conditions such as heart attacks and strokes are immediately admitted to a room and seen by a board-certified emergency physician. Those with less serious illnesses or injuries receive treatment from an on-site healthcare provider.

No one looks forward to a visit to the emergency room, but it’s comforting to know that we’re here for you when you need us.
