Dr. Starsiak is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, specializing in fracture care, back and neck problems, sports injuries, hand surgery, knee and shoulder arthroscopic surgery, total knee and hip replacements, and other musculoskeletal disorders. Dr. Starsiak obtained his bachelor’s from Northwestern University, where he also completed his education in physical therapy. He obtained his doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. He completed his residency and orthopedic surgery training at the Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.
Patient visits are by appointment only on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Elective surgeries are scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you have a medical problem during regular office hours, and need to make an appointment with our office, please call us, so that we can reserve time for you and avoid any patient appointment delays. We make every effort to honor time commitments; however patient emergencies may cause delays. In this case, we will make every effort to contact you if delays do occur.
If you can not make an appointment and need to reschedule, please contact our office as soon as possible, so that this time period can be provided for another patient.
After hours, if you have an emergency please proceed to the emergency room. If you need to speak to a doctor, please call 317-644-5005, and you will receive a return call from the doctor.
You will receive a bill from Community Westview Primary Care Centers. If you have any questions regarding billing, please call 317-682-2030, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

For more information or to schedule an appointment please call 317-644-5005. If you have questions or problems you are encouraged to call the office. If the office staff can not answer your questions and you need to speak with the doctor, the staff will let you know when the doctor will return your call. After hours, please leave your name, phone number and a message and the office staff will call you back the next day of business.
It is office policy to not fill pain medication requests after office hours or on weekends.
