When you are an inpatient at Community Westview Hospital, you may receive a visit from one of our hospital ambassadors. The ambassador will inquire about your satisfaction with our services and care, and direct any of your concerns to the appropriate hospital department and staff.

Community Westview provides excellent patient satisfactionAs an inpatient or outpatient, you may also receive a formal questionnaire in the mail. We encourage you to complete the questionnaire and return it to the survey company. Your input is very important to us and provides us with pertinent information that helps us to continually improve upon the services we provide for you and your family. In addition, this information also helps us to look at our performance comparatively against other health care providers.

On September 10, 2012, James Williams, D.O., vice president of medical affairs and Lynn Bailey, director of quality systems and strategic management accepted the 2012 Spirit Award from the Partnership for Excellence at the Quest for Success Conference in Columbus, OH. This award honors organizations that have taken the first step towards the National Baldridge Quality Award.
