Indy Eleven

Community Sports Medicine provides their expertise to Indy Eleven professional soccer team - now through the 2018 season. The team plays in the North American Soccer League (NASL) and opened their inaugural season in the spring of 2014. Community provides team physicians and athletic trainers to keep the team performing at the top of their sport.

Team Physician

Ashlee Warren, MD, Indy Eleven team physicianAshlee Warren, MD, is board certified in family medicine and sports medicine and is a member of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and her medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. Dr. Warren completed her family medicine residency at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in South Bend, Indiana. In addition, she completed her primary care sports medicine fellowship at Promedica Toledo Hospital.

As a sports medicine physician, Dr. Warren specializes in non-operative sports medicine, chronic tendon and muscle injuries, non-surgical osteoarthritis management, musculoskeletal ultrasound, and PRP.

Dr. Warren joined Community Health Network in 2021 and serves as team physician for the Indy Eleven and Noblesville High School. Prior to this she was a team physician for Indiana University for seven years and in total has more than 10 years of experience at the NCAA Division I level.
