Allison Williams, M.D.
Allison Williams, M.D., is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation. Dr. Williams was born in St. Charles, Illinois. She received her bachelor’s degree in biology from Centre College in Danville, Kentucky, her medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine and completed her residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation.
Dr. Williams is a member of the Association of Academic Physiatrists and the American Association of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She is active in the Indiana State Medical Association and is current president of the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Association of Indiana. She is also a board member of the Brain Injury Association of Indiana.
Outside of work, Dr. Williams enjoys spending time with her family.
Eric D. Aitken, M.D.
Eric Aitken, M.D., is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He has special interest in the areas of movement disorder, post polio, stroke and amputee rehabilitation. Dr. Aitken received his bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana and his medical degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois. He completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago.
Dr. Aitken is a member of the Association of Academic Physiatrists and the American Association of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is the medical director of No Boundaries Muscular Dystrophy Family Foundation.
Dr. Aitken speaks Spanish and German. His other hobbies include music, sports, traveling and home improvement.
Tammy Christenberry, M.D.
Tammy Christenberry, M.D., is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She received her medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine and completed her residency in internal medicine. Dr. Christenberry is a member of the American Medical Association and the American College of Physicians. She is also a member of the Indianapolis Medical Association.
Dr. Christenberry lives with her husband and two children. She enjoys bird watching, traveling and baking.
Amy Swier-Vosnos, PsyD, HSPP
Amy Swier-Vosnos, PsyD, HSPP, holds licenses to practice clinical psychology in Illinois and Indiana. Currently, she serves as the neuropsychologist for the Community Rehabilitation Hospital, and provides comprehensive outpatient neuropsychological evaluations within Community Health Network. She specializes in working with adult and geriatric patients who have been diagnosed with neurological and medical conditions.
Dr. Swier-Vosnos earned her doctorate at Roosevelt University. Her internship in clinical psychology with a neuropsychology emphasis was completed at Ann Arbor VA Healthcare System. Her post-doctoral fellowship in clinical neuropsychology was completed at Rush University Medical Center, Department of Behavioral Sciences. During her graduate education and training, she was involved with research into the psychometric properties of neuropsychological tests and co-authored several scholarly articles. She continues to publish research, train psychology and medical students, as well as contribute to academics in various ways.
