At Community Heart and Vascular Hospital, we have built a culture that is based on providing our guests with excellent medical care and fanatical customer service that exceeds experiences at other hospitals.
Our physicians and nurses have dedicated their careers to cardiovascular patients. And it shows. Many of these physicians and nurses were instrumental in the concept and planning of Community Heart and Vascular Hospital. They worked together to design a facility that provides efficient patient care in an environment that promotes healing. We hope you agree that our hospital is like none you have been in previously.
In addition to excellent medical care, our Guest Relations team is here to make sure your hospital stay meets your expectations. They can help patients’ loved ones find restaurants or hotels in the area that offer discounts to patients and their families and are available to assist families with any other requests. They are dedicated to helping reduce the stress of your hospital stay.
Who may I contact to express concerns?
During your stay, we welcome your comments and invite you to contact Guest Relations at 317-621-8701 if you have concerns. We will personally see to it that we do our best to make you comfortable while you are here.
If we have not met your expectations, we want to know. If you have questions about your Community experience or suggestions for making it better, please contact the Office of Patient Experience at 317-621-7000 or e-mail PatientExperience@eCommunity.com.
